Swiss forward of Nigerian descent, Noah Okafor, is leaning towards staying at AC Milan for the 2025/26 football season.
Despite strong interest from Italian outfit Bologna, the club has failed to reach an agreement with AC Milan for the versatile forward.
Okafor, who spent the last six months on loan at Napoli, had attracted interest from several clubs, with Bologna showing the most serious intent within Serie A.
However, their latest bid, reportedly worth €15 million, was rejected outright by the Rossoneri, who value the 24-year-old as an important squad option.
According to Gazzetta.it via MilanNews24, Milan would only consider letting Okafor leave for a significantly higher fee. Manager Massimiliano Allegri views the forward as a player with untapped potential, praising his versatility and tactical discipline as valuable assets for the team.
While the €15 million offer was considerable for Bologna, it fell well short of Milan’s expectations.
For now, Okafor appears set to stay at San Siro, with the Rossoneri counting on him as part of their attacking rotation for the upcoming campaign.
