South African outfit Chippa United complete signing of Chad star Eric Mbanguossoum on two-year deal

Chippa United have bolstered their squad with the acquisition of Chad international Eric Mbanguossoum in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The South African outfit are augmenting their squad for the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign in an attempt to make a meaningful impact.

However, Chippa United have captured the signature of the 25-year-old midfielder on a two-year deal. He joins the Chili’s following his departure from fellow South African club SuperSport United.

Mbanguossoum joins midfielder Azola Tshobeni, who recently secured a move to Chippa United from Orlando Pirates.

With his wealth of experience, the midfielder is expected to play a huge role for the South African club next season.

The 25-year-old midfielder has made 17 appearances for the Chad national team, scoring one goal across the period.
