Italian Serie A side Inter Milan are in talks to secure the services of France-born forward of Ivorian descent, Ange-Yoan Bonny.
Sources have revealed that the Italian giants have advanced in talks with the young striker and are on the verge of securing his signing from Parma.
According to transfer expert Nicolo Schira, Bonny is being lined up as a long-term deputy to Inter’s frontman Marcus Thuram.
Bonny has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Inter, committing to a contract that runs until 2030.
The deal is expected to earn him an annual salary of €1.5 million, with additional bonuses tied to performance.
Last season, the powerful forward made 37 appearances in Serie A, netting six goals and providing four assists.
His development under former Parma coach Cristian Chivu, who now manages Inter, has played a pivotal role in the club’s pursuit of the young talent.
The transfer fee is expected to fall between €25 million and €35 million. Inter are planning to finalise the move after the FIFA Club World Cup, hoping to beat off interest from domestic rivals Napoli and Juventus.
It is understood that Bonny is excited by the opportunity and is eager to continue his development at Inter.
