The African duo of Rayan Ait-Nouri and Rayan Cherki has been named in the Manchester City squad for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The English Premier League club completed the signing of Algerian defender Ait-Nouri from Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday.
Subsequently, on Tuesday, Manchester City announced the acquisition of French forward of Algerian descent Rayan Cherki from Olympique Lyon.
The duo have been signed to strengthen the squad of Manchester City as part of preparations for the 2025/26 football season.
Today, Pep Guardiola has named the two players in his final squad for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

The tournament will provide the platform for the two players to mark their debuts for City and a chance to win their first trophy with the club should they go all the way.
At the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, Manchester City have been pitted in Group G, where they will face off with Al Ain, Wydad Athletic Club, and Juventus.
