RS Berkane head coach Moine Chaabani is upbeat ahead of the second leg of his team’s clash against Simba SC in the finals of the 2025 CAF Confederation Cup.
The coach and his Moroccan club take a 2-0 lead into the return leg at Amaan Stadium in Zanzibar following a crucial first leg win in Berkane.
Speaking ahead of the crucial clash, Chaabani stressed that his team is focused and ready to fight for another win in the reverse fixture to lift the trophy.
“We are focused on the match, and we must adapt to all circumstances, no matter how difficult. We came here to play a 90-minute match, and there is no room for distraction,” the RS Berkane coach said.
He added, “We have a strong immune system to handle these conditions, and we will manage our physical effort according to the match’s progress.
“We hope to rise to the occasion and succeed in pleasing the Berkane fans, who always support us, to win the title.”
Coach Moine Chaabani led the team to last year’s final only to suffer defeat against Zamalek.
He is optimistic that RS Berkane will get the job done today to make the fans happy.
