Bayern Munich pushing to seal German-Ivorian defender Jonathan Tah’s signing this week
Bayern Munich want to complete the signing of German defender of Ivorian descent Jonathan Tah this week.
Tah is leaving Bayer Leverkusen at the end of the season as he seeks for a new challenge after several years spent at the club.
He has already communicated his decision to leave Leverkusen upon the expiry of his contract.
On Monday, May 12, Bayern Munich agreed a deal in principle to sign Jonathan Tah at the end of the season.
On Tuesday, May 13, the advisory board of Bayern Munich also gave clearance for Tah’s signing.
According to the latest information from sources, the German Bundesliga champions now want to push to wrap up the deal before the end of this week.
The club wants to register Jonathan Tah for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup. The club is confident that his addition will make the team stronger to compete for the trophy.
