Morocco’s Noussair Mazraoui back in Manchester United’s squad for clash against Athletic Club on Thursday

Moroccan defender Noussair Mazraoui is available for selection for Manchester United ahead of their clash against Athletic Club in the Europa League semi-final tie on Thursday, May 8.

The full-back was not part of the Manchester United squad that suffered a 4-3 defeat to Brentford in the English Premier League on May 4.

He was rested for the game after concerns of fatigue following the first-leg win against Athletic Club in the Europa League last Thursday.

Today, Noussair Mazraoui resumed full training with his Manchester United teammates, giving the side a major squad boost ahead of the return leg meeting against the Spanish opposition tomorrow.

Having won the first leg 3-0, Manchester United are in a good position to advance to the final of the competition.

Tomorrow’s encounter between Manchester United and Athletic Club will kick off at 7 pm at Old Trafford.

Noussair Mazraoui is likely to start in the defense of Ruben Amorim’s side.
