French-Cameroonian striker Hugo Ekitiké attracts Juventus interest amid transfer battle

German Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt have increased the price tag on sensational attacker Hugo Ekitike to 100 million Euros.

This is a raise of 20 million euros from the initial price tag of €80 million placed on the striker.

Checks have revealed that Frankfurt are looking for more money from any potential sale of the player because it has become aware of the massive interest from top clubs.

However, the increased valuation has done little to cool interest from Europe’s top clubs. Arsenal, Liverpool, and Newcastle United reportedly had scouts in attendance during Frankfurt’s match against Tottenham on Thursday, keeping a close eye on the young forward, whose contract runs until 2029.

Chelsea and Manchester United are also believed to be monitoring Ekitike’s situation closely, with the Frenchman emerging as one of the most sought-after attacking prospects on the market.

Hugo Ekitike has enjoyed a brilliant season in the Bundesliga, registering 21 goals and 9 assists across all competitions.

Increasingly, the forward looks set for a major transfer in the summer window.
