Juventus defender, Pierre Kalulu, has named Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen, as his toughest opponent in Serie A.
Making an appearance on the Small Talk Podcast, Kalulu was asked about the toughest striker he had to mark in Serie A, and his reply left no room for doubt: “I think it was Osimhen.”
Kalulu has been playing in Serie A for several years, winning the Scudetto with Milan in 2021-22.
“I thought about the club where I could develop the most, and I picked Milan,” he said.
“It was not an easy choice. I could not return home and could make no mistakes. I left my comfort zone and it was good for me.”
Osimhen is currently on loan at Turkish giants Galatasaray from Napoli. He has so far scored 22 goals in 22 appearances.
Ahead of the summer transfer window, Osimhen has been strongly linked to Chelsea after failing to reach a deal to join the Premier League club last summer.
