I want to win the title with Galatasaray – Victor Osimhen

Nigeria's Victor Osimhen fit for Beşiktaş vs Galatasaray derby

Victor Osimhen is determined to fire Galatasaray to the Turkish Super League title.

The on-loan Napoli striker has been in red-hot form and remains fully focused on securing silverware for the club.

“I am very happy at Galatasaray. I love this club. I am focused not on my future, but on the Turkish league. I want to win the title with Galatasaray,” the Nigerian star declared.

Osimhen underlined his commitment with a stunning hat-trick in Galatasaray’s recent victory over Antalyaspor, bringing his league tally to 20 goals in 22 appearances. Across all competitions, he has racked up 26 goals and five assists, making him a key figure in their title push.

His move to Galatasaray came after failed transfer talks with Chelsea and Al-Ahli, but his resurgence in Turkey has reignited interest from Europe’s elite clubs.

Despite signing a contract extension with Napoli in December 2023—including a €130 million release clause—his market value has dipped from €110 million to around €75 million, potentially opening doors for a summer move.
