France forward with Cameroonian roots, Kylian Mbappe, has resumed training with his Real Madrid teammates.
The highly-rated forward underwent a dental procedure on Tuesday and had to miss Real Madrid’s first-leg clash against Real Sociedad in the Spanish Copa del Rey on Wednesday.
After the successful tooth extraction, Kylian Mbappe is feeling well and has joined his teammates for training today.
Despite his unavailability for the game, Real Madrid managed to cope to secure a narrow 1-0 win.
His replacement, Endrick, netted the decisive winning goal for Los Blancos on the matchday.
Now back training with his Real Madrid teammates, Kylian Mbappe is expected to be named in the club’s matchday squad for the upcoming Real Betis game in the Spanish La Liga on Saturday.
The Frenchman has become an integral part of the Madrid team in his debut season after recently hitting top form.
He will be key for his team in the push to not just clinch the La Liga title this season but also win the Uefa Champions League title at the end of the 2024/25 campaign.
