Liverpool goalkeeper, Alisson Becker has revealed that teammates want to see Mohamed Salah extend his stay with the club.
The Egyptian’s contract with the Premier League side will expire this summer.
Salah has been strongly linked to PSG and other European and Saudi Arabian clubs.
The former Chelsea and AS Roma winger scored the winner against Girona as Liverpool continued their impressive run in the Champions League.
The Brazilian who made a return to the post told ESPN of the striker’s situation afterwards: “We all want him to renew his contract, to remain at the club.
“I want the best for the club and the best for him.
“He’s very calm. He doesn’t seem to let this type of situation affect him.
“He’s mentally very focused on his aims,” he added.
Salah has so far scored 16 goals in all competitions for Liverpool and will hope to continue his goal-scoring form when they host Fulham at Anfield on Saturday.
