Liverpool’s contract extension talks with Egypt star Mohammed Salah has a hit a stumbling block, according to reports in the UK media.
Salah, who joined the Reds from Roma in the summer of 2017 will see his contract at the club expire in the summer 2025.
Liverpool are keen to extend Salah’s stay at Anfield but are currently stuck in negotiation with the Egyptian.
Salah currently earns £350,000 weekly but report suggests the club is not ready to meet his demands.
However, talks between both parties for contract renewal has hit a snag with both parties yet to reach agreement regarding his wages.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Miami, Inter Milan and Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ittihad are all said to be interested in the enterprising forward.
Salah has been outstanding this season, scoring 13 goals and providing eight assists in 14 appearances in the Premier League so far.
