Theo Zidane, son of football legend Zinedine Zidane, has lauded Jude Bellingham’s professionalism during their time together at Real Madrid.
Theo, who progressed through Real Madrid’s La Fábrica academy, now plays for Córdoba CF in Spain’s Segunda División.
Theo highlighted the competitive environment at Real Madrid’s training sessions, noting that every exercise was treated with match-like intensity.
The 22-year-old emphasized that such an atmosphere demands constant effort and focus from all players.
Reflecting on his experiences, Theo singled out Bellingham as a standout professional. He observed that Bellingham approached each training exercise with meticulous attention and unwavering concentration, setting a high standard for his peers.
“In all training sessions, players are ultra-competitive. All exercises are matches,” Theo told L’Equipe.
“I learned from these great players that you have to give everything constantly. The last one that I learned from, is Jude Bellingham.
“He was constantly thorough, with each exercise, ultra-focused…”
Theo’s father, Zinedine Zidane, is celebrated not only for his footballing achievements but also for his heritage.
Born in Marseille, France, Zinedine is of Kabyle Berber descent from Algeria. His parents, Smaïl and Malika Zidane, emigrated from the Kabylie region in the 1950s, instilling in their children a deep appreciation for their cultural roots.
