Ibrahim Said, the former Egyptian football star, revealed an offer from Zed Club’s management to sign Mahmoud Metwally, a player from the first football team at Al Ahly Club, without any financial compensation.
Speaking on his program broadcasted on the “Al Nahar” channel, Ibrahim Said stated: “Zed Club has requested the inclusion of Mahmoud Metwally, the star of Al Ahly’s first football team, without any financial compensation.”
Furthermore, Said added: “Officials from Zed Club have expressed interest in signing Mahmoud Metwally during the upcoming summer transfer window, without any financial compensation, whether on loan or awaiting his departure from the team.”
Meanwhile, Al Ahly is gearing up to face Young Africans in the final round of the group stage matches in the CAF Champions League, scheduled for Friday evening.
In their recent fixture, Al Ahly secured a convincing 5-1 victory against Baladiyat Al Mahalla in a match held on Tuesday evening, as part of the Egyptian Premier League’s postponed matches.
