Zamalek’s head coach, Moatamad Gamal, has given the team’s players a well-deserved four-day break from training upon their return from the United Arab Emirates, where they participated in two friendly tournaments.
The squad is scheduled to resume training at the club’s grounds on the upcoming Saturday, gearing up for upcoming matches in the Egyptian Premier League and the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Zamalek delegation that competed in the two friendly tournaments in the UAE included prominent players such as Hamad Awad, Moaz Alaa El-Din, Abdelrahman Nefad, Mohamed Abdel-Shafi, Hatem Sakr, Ahmed Zaki, Mahmoud Hamdi “El Wensh,” Mustafa El Zanaty, Mahmoud Alaa, Hamza Al-Mathlouthi, Omar Gaber, Mohamed Ashraf “Roqa,” Nabil Emad “Donga,” Sayed Abdullah “Neymar,” Mostafa Shalaby, Youssef Ibrahim “Obama,” Mahmoud Abdel-Razek “Shikabala,” Mohamed Hossam “Beso,” Mohamed El-Sayed, Ibrahima Ndaye, Samson Akinyoola, Nasser Mansi, and Amar Yasser.
