Yves Bissouma linked with Trabzonspor move

Yves Bissouma, the Mali and Ivory Coast midfielder currently listed without a club, has been linked with a move to Trabzonspor in Turkey’s Super Lig.

Bissouma, 29, plays as a defensive midfielder and is valued at €10m. The rumour places him at Trabzonspor after his current status changed to without a club on 1 July 2026.

The former Tottenham Hotspur player won the Europa League with the Premier League club in the 2024-25 season, the only achievement listed for his senior career. He was part of Tottenham’s squad during that campaign before becoming unattached.

Trabzonspor are the first club named in connection with Bissouma since that change in status. No transfer fee, contract length or probability has been specified for a possible move to the Turkish club.

Bissouma was born in Issia and is listed with Mali and Ivory Coast as his nationalities. He is right-footed and stands 1.82m tall.

The midfielder’s contract situation is not detailed, but he is currently listed without a club. The reported interest from Trabzonspor therefore concerns a player whose next destination remains undecided.
