Raja Casablanca defender Youssef Belammari is being linked with a move to Egyptian giants Ahly SC, with the likelihood of a transfer currently rated at 77% according to data compiled on 22 December 2025.
The 27-year-old left-back, valued at €1.50m, is attracting interest after a steady rise in the Botola Pro Inwi, and reports suggest Ahly are monitoring his situation closely as they assess options on the left side of their defence. Belammari’s contractual details at Raja are not publicly available, raising the possibility he could move for a relatively modest fee or even become a free agent if his deal is nearing its end.
Belammari, born in Rabat on 20 September 1998, has established himself as a reliable presence down the left flank for Raja, where he is registered with shirt number 17. A left-footed full-back standing 1.83m tall, he offers defensive balance and height, traits that would appeal to a club competing at the top end of the Egyptian Premier League. His current market value marks a significant increase from earlier stages of his career, when he was rated at €200,000 while at FUS Rabat in 2018.
The Morocco international began his senior journey with FUS Rabat Espoirs before stepping up to FUS Rabat’s first team in 2017. A free transfer within Morocco in 2023 took him to Raja Club Athletic, where subsequent valuations climbed above the €1m mark and peaked at €1.70m in late 2024 before settling at €1.50m in May and November 2025.
No agreement has been announced between Raja and Ahly, and there are no indications yet of an agreed fee or contract length, underlining that the move remains speculative rather than imminent.
