Young Senegalese goalkeeper Mamour Ndiaye delivered an outstanding debut performance for Sarpsborg 08 FF in the Norwegian top-flight.

The 19-year-old shot stopper marked the post when his outfit cruised to victory to secure victory in the Norwegian league opener at the weekend.

Mamour Ndiaye made crucial saves, helping his outfit to record a 2-0 win over Molde FK in the much-anticipated clash.

The highly-rated goalkeeper begun with Oslo FA Dakar before joining Sarpsborg 08 in winter 2024.

He delivered an outstanding performance for the reserve team before earning promotion to the senior team. Ndiaye made 21 matches with the reserve side, conceding 21 goals and keeping one clean sheet.
