Yassin Al-Bahri has explained the decision after extending his contract with Moroccan side, RS Berkane.
Speaking to Kooora after signing a new deal, Al-Bahri said he has always preferred to stay at the club.
“I preferred to stay with Nahdat Berkane because I am fully convinced of the team’s project, and I feel very comfortable within the group,” he said.
“I did not think twice, and I preferred to extend my contract as soon as the proposal was put forward for discussion and negotiation, and things did not take much time.”
“I am very happy with the professionalism I have seen inside Nahdat Berkane, as well as inside the city,” he added.
“I do not regret moving to Nahdat Berkane, as this is one of the best decisions in my football career, and God willing, we will achieve the dream of winning the Moroccan League title,” he added.
Berkane leads the Moroccan Professional League standings with 56 points after playing 23 rounds.
