Yadaly Diaby set to join Guinea squad in South Africa for 2027 AFCON qualifiers

Guinea forward Yadaly Diaby is expected to arrive in South Africa on Wednesday to join the rest of the national team ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations 2027 qualifying campaign.

The Vancouver Whitecaps player will strengthen the squad during its preparations, with his pace adding another attacking option for the upcoming fixtures.

Guinea’s immediate priority is to make a positive start to their international campaign. Diaby is expected to take part in training soon after arriving and will compete for a place in the team for the opening round of the Africa Cup of Nations 2027 qualifiers.
