Yahya Jabrane, the captain of Wydad Casablanca football club, took to his Instagram account’s “Story” feature to address recent rumors linking him to an Egyptian club.
Jabrane refuted “the rumors circulating on social media by some media outlets, which falsely claimed that I had signed a contract to transfer to one of the clubs.”
In his statement, Jabrane emphasized, “I would like to deny all these rumors and reaffirm that I have a professional contract with Wydad Casablanca, a club to which I have the utmost respect and appreciation… We have an important match on Saturday, and we are fully focused on achieving qualification and bringing joy to the Wydad fanbase.”
It is worth noting that rumors linking Yahya Jabrane to the Egyptian club Pyramids surfaced in the past few hours, a claim the player categorically denied.
