Moroccan giants Wydad Casablanca have lined up two high-profile friendly matches ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup tournament.
Wydad is one of the four clubs expected to represent Africa at the revived Club World Cup competition to be staged in the United States of America next month.
The African giants are paired in Group G against Manchester City, Juventus, and Al-Ain. As part of preparations for the tournament, Wydad have lined up friendlies against Spanish outfit Sevilla and Portuguese giants FC Porto.
The two high-profile friendlies has been scheduled to take place at the Mohammed V Stadium before the tournament commences on June 14.
Wydad will open their account at the tournament on June 18 against Manchester City before taking on Juventus and Al-Ain.
With ambition and new firepower, Wydad head to the U.S. eyeing a deep run on the global stage.
