West Ham plot summer move for Chelsea trio Chalobah, Adarabioyo and Disasi

Chalobah Adarabioyo And Disasi

West Ham United are actively pursuing a trio of Chelsea defenders—Trevoh Chalobah, Tosin Adarabioyo, and Axel Disasi—as they aim to reinforce their backline ahead of the 2025–26 Premier League season.

The Hammers are particularly focused on Chalobah and Adarabioyo, both of whom are reportedly available for transfer as Chelsea seeks to restructure their defense.

Chalobah, born in Sierra Leone, and Adarabioyo, of Nigerian descent, bring not only Premier League experience but also a rich African heritage to the pitch.

Disasi, who has Congolese and Angolan roots, is currently on loan at Aston Villa. West Ham’s interest in these players underscores their commitment to adding depth and diversity to their defensive lineup.

Chelsea’s willingness to part with Chalobah and Adarabioyo stems from their plans to generate funds for new signings, including a potential move for Crystal Palace’s Marc Guehi.

Chalobah, a product of Chelsea’s academy, has been recalled from a loan spell at Crystal Palace, while Adarabioyo joined the Blues on a free transfer from Fulham last summer.

Disasi’s future remains uncertain, as Aston Villa has yet to make his loan move permanent.

Should Villa opt not to retain him, West Ham may seize the opportunity to bring the French international to the London Stadium.
