West Ham United is ramping up efforts to secure the services of Ibrahim Osman. Following an initial unsuccessful bid, the Hammers are gearing up for a second offer for the Ghanaian left-winger, who is currently under contract with FC Nordsjaelland.
Sitting at 6th place in the Premier League, West Ham aspires to play a prominent role in European competitions.
To bolster their squad, the club has set its sights on Ibrahim Osman’s profile. In their pursuit, they have already tabled an offer of £16 million.
However, officials at FC Nordsjaelland have not yet entertained the proposal.
A Second Offer on the Horizon
Known for his versatility across the attacking front, Ibrahim Osman is a key target for West Ham in enhancing their offensive capabilities.
With the possibility of signing Callum Wilson seemingly ruled out, all hopes are now vested in the Black Stars’ center forward.
Consequently, the Hammers are reviewing the terms of the Danish club’s counterproposal, which includes a request for £18 million along with bonuses and a sell-on clause.
Notably, Ibrahim Osman joined the Wild Tigers in January 2023 and has showcased his skills with 17 appearances, 1 goal, and 4 assists this season.
