Marcel Koller, the Swiss head coach of Al Ahly’s first football team, has finalized the squad list for the Red Devils ahead of their upcoming match against Medeama in the 2023-2024 CAF Champions League.
Al Ahly will be facing Medeama as guests next Friday evening at 6 PM at the Baba Yara Stadium, as part of the fifth round of group stage matches in the Champions League.
Currently, Al Ahly leads Group D, which includes Medeama from Ghana, CR Belouizdad from Algeria, and Young Africans from Tanzania, with 6 points, just one point ahead of both CR Belouizdad and Young Africans, and two points ahead of Medeama.
The squad list for Al Ahly is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Mustafa Schubert, Hamza Alaa, Mostafa Makhlouf.
Defenders: Ali Maaloul, Karim Al-Dabes, Mohamed Hani, Akram Tawfik, Yasser Ibrahim, Moataz Mohamed, Mohamed Abdel-Monem, Rami Rabia.
