FC Nantes defender Nicolas Pallois has revealed why players trust Nigerian winger Moses Simon.
According to him, this is because players in the squad believe in the quality of the tricky attacker.
In an interview, Nicolas Pallois said players always try to pass the ball to Moses Simon because they know he will cause damage and make things happen for the team.
“We give the ball to Simon. We know that he’ll do damage and we cross our fingers that he succeeds,” Nantes defender Nicolas Pallois said.
Moses Simon, 29, was in action for FC Nantes over the weekend when the team lost 3-2 to Le Havre in the French Ligue 1.
Simon scored in that defeat to Le Havre, taking his tally for the ongoing 2024/25 football season to seven goals. He also has eight assists to his name after making 25 appearances in the French Ligue 1 this season.
In the current campaign, the Nigerian has contributed 48% of Nantes’ goals in Ligue 1.
