Morocco coach, Walid Regragui says they are getting stronger following their 2-0 win over Tanzania on Tuesday night.
The Atlas Lions continued their impressive run in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in the Matchday six games.
Speaking after the game, Regragui couldn’t hide his delight saying, “This win shows we’re getting stronger and more consistent,” he said after the match. “We’ve built a solid team that keeps improving.”
“We’ve built an attacking force where anyone can be a threat. The bench is a game-changer. Fresh legs, fresh energy, and instant impact.”
Regragui also revealed that tactical tweaks after halftime opened the doors for goal chances.
“We spotted the issues, adjusted, and controlled the game,” he explained.
“We need to be clinical in the box,” he said.
With this result, Morocco tighten their grip on Group E with 15 points.
