The Sporting Director at Eintracht Frankfurt, Markus Krösche has noted that the club is excited with the signing of Elye Wahi.
The German Bundesliga side sealed the signing of the French forward of Ivorian descent on Friday, January 24.
Speaking on the new signing, Sporting director Markus Krösche said Frankfurt is convinced of the qualities of the youngster.
“We have been looking at Elye Wahi for a long time and we are delighted that he will be playing for Eintracht Frankfurt from now on. Elye is a fast-paced striker with good boxing skills and a strong goal instinct. He is a young player with potential for development and we are convinced of his qualities. At the same time, we are giving him the time he needs to adapt,” Markus Krösche said.
At Frankfurt, Elye Wahi has been handed the No. 17 jersey.
He has joined the club with a lot of expectations and must work hard not to disappoint.
