Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka believes the Gunners have rediscovered their form following a commanding 5-2 triumph over West Ham United in the English Premier League.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, the England forward who is of African descent expressed confidence in the team’s recent performances but emphasised the importance of maintaining consistency to remain in contention for the league title.
“I think definitely the last three games, we’ve been back to our best, back to our best way of playing. We’re fluid, we’re dynamic, and you can see the movements, the rotations, everything looks good,” Saka said.
The Arsenal star added, “We need to continue like this. We played three good games but we know in this league it’s not enough. We have a big game on Wednesday against Manchester United, so we’re going to be ready for that and look to do the same thing.”
Saka played a pivotal role in the victory, providing two assists and capping off his performance with a penalty goal to seal Arsenal’s dominant display.
The Gunners have been on a roll, winning their last three matches with an impressive aggregate score of 13-4, including comprehensive victories over Nottingham Forest and Sporting Lisbon.
