Vinicius Junior seeking for €30m annual wage for contract renewal at Real Madrid

Brazil international of Cameroonian descent Vinicius Junior is demanding a staggering €30m annual wage for contract renewal at Real Madrid.

The 25-year-old pacey winger, who has two-year contract left on his current deal has yet to agree a new deal with the Spanish giants.

Vinicius Junior’s annual wage remains the stumbling, with Real Madrid actively in talks with the Brazil star to reach a consensus.

According to reports, the pacey Brazilian winger is demanding for an annual wage of 30 million euros, including bonuses, while Real Madrid is only offering 20 million, a fee considered to be too low for the Brazilian.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are indifferent to whether Vinicius leaves on a free transfer at the expiration of his contract. The Spanish giants are not bothered losing the pacey attacker for free.

Having failed to agree a new deal with the Brazilian in the past few months, the record Champions League holders are expected to make final attempt to tie him down.

Real Madrid have already put a contract offer on the table for Vinicius, with the decision resting in the hands of the Brazilian.

The Spanish giants has made their position clear: If he agrees, he will extend his stay in Madrid; if not, he will walk away.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid have identified Michael Olise as their top transfer target for next summer.

The 25-year-old winger has made six appearances this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists across the period.
