Paris St‑Germain are being linked with a move for Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen, with the Nigeria international rated at €75.00m and the transfer currently given a 38% probability.
Osimhen, 27, is under contract at the Turkish champions but his deal length has not been disclosed, raising the prospect that Galatasaray could be forced into a sale before he is able to run down his terms and weigh up leaving as a potential free agent. The Super Lig club turned his initial loan from Napoli, agreed on 4 September 2024, into a permanent switch on 31 July 2025 after a brief return to Italy at the end of the loan on 30 June 2025.
The centre‑forward, who wears number 45 in Istanbul, has seen his market value fluctuate in recent seasons, peaking at €120m during his time at Napoli in June 2023 before settling at €75m with Galatasaray as of December 2025. Any approach from PSG is therefore expected to require a substantial fee, even if his contract situation offers the Paris club leverage in negotiations.
Born in Lagos on 29 December 1998, Osimhen has built a reputation as a powerful, right‑footed striker across several European leagues. After leaving Nigeria’s Ultimate Strikers Academy for Wolfsburg in 2017, he moved on to Royal Charleroi, Lille and then Napoli, where his goals helped deliver the 2022‑23 Serie A title and triggered a sharp rise in his valuation.
Now leading the line in Turkey’s Süper Lig, his performances for Galatasaray have kept him among Europe’s most highly regarded forwards and sustained interest from major clubs. PSG, long on the lookout for a marquee No 9, are monitoring his situation closely as they plan future attacking reinforcements.
If a move to Paris does materialise, it would mark another major step in Osimhen’s career trajectory and could shape both his legacy as one of Africa’s leading strikers and his prospects at the very top level of European football.
