Nigerian international, Victor Boniface is reportedly going to earn a whopping €15 million per season at Al-Nassr if his anticipated transfer is completed.
As reported by Africasoccer.com in the past hour, advanced negotiations are underway between Bayer 04 Leverkusen and Al-Nassr regarding the transfer of Victor Boniface.
It is understood that the current transfer fee is approximately €55 million.
Further checks have revealed that Victor Boniface could earn around €15 million net per season once he completes the transfer.
Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso has confirmed that Victor Boniface is not part of his squad for the Sparta Prague game on Wednesday.
In a pre-match interview, the Bayer Leverkusen manager hinted at the interest from Al-Nassr to sign Victor Boniface, explaining that it is why his team is preparing for the next game without the striker.
“There is this situation and I understand that. There are discussions with the club. We have to wait. We’re preparing for the game without Boni of course,” Alonso said.
The match between Bayer Leverkusen and Sparta Prague will kick off at 8 pm at the Bay Arena on Wednesday.
Even without Victor Boniface, the German Champions are confident of victory.
