Victor Boniface in talks with Al Nassr – Bayer Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso confirms

Victor Boniface And Xabi Alonso Bayer Leverkusen Training

Bayer Leverkusen’s coach, Xabi Alonso, has confirmed that Nigerian forward Victor Boniface is in discussions regarding a potential transfer to Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia.

This news follows Anderson Talisca’s recent move from Al Nassr to Fenerbahçe, which has created an opportunity for the club to bring in a new foreign player as his replacement.

He also mentioned that the team is continuing preparations for their upcoming match without Boniface, indicating that the player’s future is uncertain at this time.

There is this situation and I understant that. There are discussions with the club,” Alonso told reporters

“We have to wait. We’re preparing for the game without Boni of course”.

Boniface, who has garnered attention for his impressive performances, was previously rumored to be heading to La Liga.

However, the lucrative offers from Saudi Arabian clubs appear to be increasingly appealing to players looking for new opportunities.

With negotiations underway, the outcome of Boniface’s potential move to Al Nassr remains to be seen, but it could mark a significant shift in his career as he considers the attractive financial package on offer from the Saudi club.
