Moroccan international Adam Aznou is on the verge of sealing a move to Spanish La Liga side Getafe.
The 19-year-old left-back, currently on the books of German giants Bayern Munich, featured briefly at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, making only a cameo in the club’s emphatic 10-0 victory over Auckland City.
He did not play in the remaining matches of the tournament.
According to German outlet fussballtransfers.com, Aznou’s transfer to Getafe is imminent, with the deal expected to be finalised today.
While the nature of the move, whether a permanent transfer or a loan, is yet to be confirmed, the agreement is said to be in its final stages, with the contract set to be signed within hours.
Aznou is no stranger to Spanish football. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Real Valladolid, gaining valuable experience in La Liga’s competitive environment.
The teenager is eager to make the switch and looks forward to playing regularly in the 2025/26 football season.
