USM Alger secured their place in the quarterfinals of the Algerian Cup on Friday with an emphatic 7-0 victory over visitors RC Bougaa in the round of 16 of the competition.
The scoring spree began with defender Belaïd finding the net in the 40th minute of the first half.
Following suit, playmaker Osama Belatras notched the second goal for USM Alger in the 50th minute of the second half.
Just six minutes later, Jahnit widened the gap with a third goal for USM Alger.
The goal-fest continued with striker Ismaïl Belkacemi adding the fourth goal in the 68th minute.
Belkacemi then completed a hat-trick with goals in the 74th, 76th, and 81st minutes, sealing a resounding 7-0 victory for USM Alger.
With this qualification, USM Alger will face Union de Biskra in the quarterfinals of the Algerian Cup on April 16th at the 19 May 56 Stadium in Annaba.
