Hani Burzi, a member of Zamalek Football Club’s board of directors, announced an additional surprise for the club’s football players ahead of their match against Al Ahly in the Egyptian Cup final, scheduled for this Friday evening.
Burzi stated on the “Zamalek” channel’s program “Zamalkawy” that the club’s board of directors has promised the team an extra reward, in addition to what is stipulated by the regulations, to motivate the players to clinch the Egyptian Cup title against Al Ahly.
“The team is ready for the match,” emphasized Burzi, noting the club’s fervent desire to return to Cairo with the Egyptian Cup title and to delight the fans with this achievement.
In a special message to Zamalek’s supporters, Burzi stressed the importance of sportsmanship during the match, urging the White Knights’ fans to solely support and cheer for their team while backing the players without resorting to negativity towards the opposition.
The highly anticipated final between Zamalek and Al Ahly will kick off at 7:30 PM local time today at Al Oula Park Stadium, the home ground of Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.
