UNAF U20: How to watch Tunisia v Morocco and Libya v Algeria live

The second round of the UNAF U20 tournament takes place in Egypt on Sunday, with Tunisia facing Morocco before Algeria meet Libya. Both matches will be streamed live on the UNAF’s official YouTube account.

The tournament is being used to decide qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations Under-20. The opening round was played on Thursday, when Algeria and Tunisia drew 1-1 and hosts Egypt beat Libya 2-0.

Morocco did not play in the first round, while Egypt will be the team sitting out on this occasion.

Tunisia v Morocco

Morocco reached the final of the last CAN U20 and will begin its campaign against a Tunisia side that showed resilience in its opening match.

The Moroccans arrive a month after the Mediterranean Games, where they won a bronze medal but endured a disappointing campaign overall after losing to Algeria in the semi-finals.

French coach Ludovic Batelli has several prominent players at his disposal, including Chouaib Bellarouch of Stade de Reims, Ilyes Belmokhtar of AS Monaco, Ziad Baha of OM and Taha Majni of Crystal Palace. Morocco will be expected to make a strong start in its first match of the tournament.

Tunisia recovered from falling behind against Algeria to secure a 1-1 draw. That result underlined the team’s ability to compete and it will now attempt to surprise one of the leading contenders, while keeping alive its hopes of finishing in one of the two qualifying places at the top of the table.

Tunisia v Morocco will be shown on the UNAF’s official YouTube account, with coverage available in the video stream from 20:00 local time on Sunday. That is 19:00 in France and 17:00 in Morocco (GMT).

Libya v Algeria

Algeria will also be looking for an improved performance after being held by Tunisia in its opening fixture.

Hocine El Orfi’s side took the lead in the ninth minute through Mohamed Seddik, who plays for Lens, but could not hold on for victory and had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Libya lost 2-0 to Egypt in its first match and has been identified as the most approachable opponent in the tournament. The game gives Algeria an opportunity to claim its first win and build momentum in the qualification race.

Libya v Algeria will also be streamed on the UNAF’s official YouTube account on Sunday. The match begins at 16:30 local time, which is 14:30 in Algeria and 15:30 in France.
