Super Eagles forward Umar Sadiq has voiced his support for newly appointed Nigeria head coach Eric Chelle, who has faced significant scrutiny since taking the role three weeks ago.

“I watched many of Mali’s games, and I was impressed with their style of play. If he can bring that style into the Nigerian team, the Super Eagles could make great strides,” Sadiq added.
