Ivory Coast’s U17 national team, known as the Eléphanteaux, is participating in its fourth FIFA U-17 World Cup. The tournament, held in the United Arab Emirates, began on October 17, 2013, and will conclude on November 8. In their first group stage match, Ivory Coast faced Italy. After this match, they are scheduled to play against Uruguay on October 20 and New Zealand on October 23. Coach Ibrahima Kamara entrusted the offensive sector to Maiga and Tano for the opening game. The Ivory Coast squad included players such as Diabagate-Yakou, Ismael, Begbin, Kessie, Keita, Jimoh, Bedia, Kouame Noel, Maiga, and Tano.
