Kuwaiti club Al-Arabi has secured the services of Tunisian professional forward Ayman Sfaxi, marking a new chapter in the player’s career.
This development follows Al-Arabi’s termination of the contract with Senegalese striker Mamadou Thiam, and the loaning of Algerian professional Sufian Boushar to JS Saoura.
Ayman Sfaxi, aged 28, brings a wealth of experience, having previously played for Olympique de Sidi Bouzid, Etoile du Sahel, and Club Sportif de Tunis.
His most recent stint was in the Egyptian Premier League with Modern Future Club.
Sfaxi, a prolific goal-scorer, notably clinched the top scorer award in the national championship while donning the jersey of Etoile du Sahel, amassing an impressive tally of 9 goals.
Al-Arabi has strategic expectations from the Tunisian forward, aiming for him to provide essential support on the right flank and complement the attacking prowess of Hamza Khabez.
The Kuwaiti club’s current roster boasts three international professionals, including Moroccan Hamza Khabez, his compatriot Walid Essabar, and Nigerian Ayoola.
Ayman Sfaxi’s addition to Al-Arabi’s ranks is viewed as a strategic move to enhance the team’s attacking capabilities and bolster its presence in the ongoing competitions.
The club expresses optimism that Sfaxi’s skill set and experience will contribute significantly to their objectives, bringing fresh momentum to their campaign.
