Tunisian coach Nasreddine Nabi confirms major offers after Kaizer Chiefs departure

Tunisian tactician Nasreddine Nabi has confirmed receiving several offers following his departure from South African outfit Kaizer Chiefs.

Nabi, who managed to end the Soweto giants’ ten-year trophy drought mutually parted ways with the club last Wednesday, bringing an end to his spell at the club.

While confirming his exit from Kaizer Chiefs, Nabi has disclosed receiving major offers from clubs on the African continent and Asia at large.

Meanwhile, the Tunisian tactician is in no rush to return to the dugout as he takes a short break to focus on his family, particularly his unwell wife.

“My departure from Kaizer Chiefs was a mutual decision with the club’s management after a successful and challenging spell. Right now, I need time to rest, focus more on my family, and look after my wife’s health, which has required my presence in recent months.

Several major African and Arab clubs have reached out to me, but I do not intend to enter into negotiations, as my current priority is a temporary break and some rest,” Nabi said in an interview with North African outlet WinWin.

Kaizer Chiefs are currently third on the South African Premier League table with 13 points after six matches.
