Georges Leekens Begins Building Technical Staff for Tunisia
Georges Leekens, recently appointed head coach of the Tunisia national team, is gradually assembling his technical staff. The Belgian manager attended a training session at the Stade Gabesien on Saturday, which took place at the El Menzah Stadium.
According to Shems FM, Leekens met with Gabes coach Chiheb Ellili, who is a candidate for the assistant coach position. The move signals the Belgian’s commitment to strengthening his staff as he prepares for Tunisia’s African Cup of Nations qualifiers, set to begin in September.
Leekens, known for his experience in African football, will be aiming to guide Tunisia through the crucial qualifying matches for Morocco 2015.
