Faouzi Benzarti, the Tunisian coach of Wydad Casablanca football club in Morocco, has refused to allow four players to participate in training sessions with the first team.
According to a source close to Wydad Casablanca, Faouzi Benzarti declined the participation of El Shorqui El Bahri, Hicham Ait Braim, Salaheddine Benichou, and Imad El Khannous in the first team’s training sessions at the Mohammed Benjelloun complex in Casablanca.
He emphasized that he would only work with players he intends to rely on for the remainder of the current football season.
Wydad Casablanca’s officials have initiated negotiations with some players to potentially reach mutual agreement to terminate their contracts, as they are no longer part of the plans of the red team’s coach.
