In an interview on a Tunisian channel, the Dutch coach emphasized the importance of recruitment based on values.
“I have confidence in my squad. We will look to strengthen our team after the first leg of the Champions League group stage. The key is to recruit players who are stronger than us.”
Still in contention for the Champions League, the reigning champions find themselves in Group B after the draw, alongside their rivals CS Sfaxien, Entente Sétif from Algeria, and Al Ahli Benghazi from Libya.
