Tuesday’s showdown: 5 intense matches in the professional league’s relegation group

The third round of matches in the second phase of the relegation group in the Professional League is set to kick off at 3 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, featuring five highly anticipated encounters.

Petroleum Club of Assiut currently leads the relegation group standings in the Professional League with 30 points, just one point ahead of Abu Qir Fertilizers, who occupy the second position.

Here’s a preview of the matches in the third round of the relegation group, as reported by “Al-Masry Al-Youm”:

In a highly anticipated clash, Petroleum Club of Assiut, led by Ahmed Abdel-Maqsoud, sitting at the top with 30 points, will face off against Abu Qir Fertilizers, led by Mohamed Attia, who are closely behind with 29 points.

Makadi, under the leadership of Nabil Mahmoud, currently seventh with 17 points, will host Shebin Republic, led by Abouel-Enein Shehata, positioned sixth with 18 points.

Dikernis, led by Hassan Moussa and currently fifth with 25 points, faces a tough away match against Aswan, led by Hisham Zakaria, placed third with 26 points.

Al-Nujoom, under the guidance of Shaker Abdel-Aal, currently eighth with 13 points, will clash against Misr El-Maqasah, led by Tarek Heggy, sitting ninth with 12 points.

Al-Nasr Lel Taadeen, led by Attia Saber and currently tenth with 7 points, will take on Telecom Egypt, led by Hani El-Akabi, occupying the fourth position with 25 points.
