Senegalese midfielder El-Hadji Ba continues to harbor hopes of playing in the Premier League. Despite missing out on a transfer to Tottenham last summer due to his club’s refusal to let him go, the Le Havre player remains a target for several English clubs.
Reports suggest that Sunderland, Wigan, and Newcastle are interested in securing the services of the 20-year-old Senegalese midfielder. El-Hadji Ba expressed his excitement about the interest, stating, “I want to progress, and it is very good to hear that I am being followed by these clubs. I would love to play in England one day. If the teams offer something good for Le Havre AC, then the club will let me go.”
El-Hadji Ba made his professional debut on February 24, 2012, in a league match against Guingamp, coming on as a substitute. He has been part of the French National Team since 2010.
