Trabzonspor chairman Ertugrul Dogan has accused Southampton of blocking Paul Onuachu’s transfer, despite initial agreements.
Dogan stated that the Turkish club had agreed on a £7 million fee, but Southampton raised the price to £10 million and then to £15 million, prompting Trabzonspor to walk away.
If it is not on our terms, we will not be able to make this transfer happen,” Dogan said. Onuachu, who scored in Southampton’s 2-1 win over Ipswich, had been a target for Trabzonspor but now faces uncertainty over his future.
