David Henen, a key figure in the Togo national football team, has underscored the importance of friendly matches as the squad gears up for upcoming fixtures. Speaking after participating in the team’s first training session on Monday, the 27-year-old forward expressed optimism about the team’s preparations and highlighted the significance of the upcoming matches.
The Togolese national team, known as the Hawks, aims to regain its competitive edge and solidify its presence in continental tournaments, particularly the African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
