Winny Dogbatsè, the president of Gomido FC, has accused “elements of the Togolese football federation” of being behind the recent violence during matches in the national first division championship. The Kpalime club, whose supporters are implicated in the incidents during the Anges-Gomido match, claims that there were infiltrations and that the identified troublemakers are not recognized as genuine Gomido supporters.
Dogbatsè expressed doubts about the credibility of the accusations against Gomido supporters and went further to suggest that the destabilization of the championship could be orchestrated from within the Togolese football federation. He pointed fingers at elements within the federation, holding them responsible for the issues occurring at various stadiums in the country.
